Click here to check out our membership plans starting at just £2 and support great causes. The Devil’s Back Limited (The Devil’s Back) offers an alternative means of entering into Prize Draws. The process for using this alternative means of entry is described in detail below. Just like the paid method of entering into a Prize Draw, this alternative method requires you to accept all our terms and conditions, including the Official Rules, our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
On a blank sheet of paper, or postcard, write or type your full, legal name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, telephone number (optional), email address and which live Prize Draw you want to enter (as explained in the relevant Experience Rules).
For example, if The Devil’s Back had a Monthly Medal draw running for Trump Turnberry, the entrant would write, ‘The Devil’s Back Monthly Medal - Trump Turnberry'. For example, if The Devil’s Back had a Pro Series draw running for Matt Wallace, the entrant would write, 'The Devil’s Back Pro Series - Matt Wallace' etc.
This needs to be written down in very clear writing or typeface, otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid. Please send the sheet of paper in an envelope, or your postcard to the following address via either first or second class post to:
Address:The Devil’s Back Postal Entry - [Insert name of draw] (for example, Trump Turnberry Monthly Medal Draw or Matt Wallace Pro Series).
The Devil’s Back Limited
1 Swan Street
Wilmslow

A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made this way.
For valid entries into all The Devil’s Back Prize Draws, once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered into the next available draw. For the avoidance of any doubt, if The Devil’s Back had a Prize Draw for a Trump Turnberry experience, for example, and the postcard stated that the entrant would like to enter the The Devil’s Back Monthly Medal - Trump Turnberry, and that entrant had written their details as described above, then just as with any one paid entry, this postcard would count for one entry into the Prize Draw for a chance to win the Trump Turnberry experience but would not count for entry into any other Prize Draws.
Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries for the purposes of determining a winner. However, there is a difference in the deadlines for entries. All of our draws (Monthly Medal Draws & Pro Series Draws) close at 23:59:59 pm (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the online entry close date specified in the Experience Rules. The corresponding cut-off for postal entries will be that they are received and processed before 5:00pm (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective postal entry period for the Prize Draw (see the applicable Experience Rules here for dates). Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry. If a postal entry wins a prize there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize. If the above steps are not followed as described then a postal entry will be invalid. You will not be notified if your entry is invalid.
The Devil’s Back Monthly Medal is a promotional prize draw and not a lottery, raffle, or gambling event. This draw provides members with the chance to win an exclusive golfing experience through a legally compliant prize draw structure. Members can enter online or via a free postal entry method. No purchase is necessary to participate.
